Suzette McGinnis-Gorman
Suzette McGinnis-Gorman died on August 28, 2003, at age 37 in Santa Cruz, California. On August 11, her twin daughters were born. Her labor was alleged to have been induced with Cytotec. Friends attribute her death to amniotic fluid embolism.
